Do you do a wholesale & bulk orders?

Yes we do!
If you want to place a large order for an event such as a wedding, baby shower, party favours, corporate gifts and etc., simply contact us. 


How long will it take for my order to be shipped ?

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-4 business days to be processed. After it has been process, you will receive a notification (email or SMS). In cases where the orders will take longer to get done and shipped, all customers will be informed accordingly.

Are your products vegan?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax flakes. We do use cotton wicks and fragrance oils that are cruelty free and non toxic.

My parcel hasn't arrive yet, what's wrong?

After each order is processed, we provide our customers with a tracking number of their parcel. In cases the parcel hasn't arrive yet, please contact us at stardustcandlesco@gmail.com and we will try our best to track your candles. 

My parcel has arrived but is damaged, what can I do?

In case your parcel is damaged, please contact as within the same date of your parcel collection. Provide us with evidence and more information, and always depending on the situation we will arrange a replacement of the same damaged product.
