Shipping Policy

Cyprus

We offer a FREE standard shipping all over Cyprus, for all orders. Each order will be delivered to your nearest local ACS pick-up point.

We ship our orders within 1-4 working days after an order is placed.
With the completion of an order, the customer receives a confirmation email of the order and another email providing the tracking number, when the order is shipped.

 

Returns Policy

Cancellation

If your order is not already shipped, cancellation are accepted within 24 hours of the moment you placed your order.

Returns

We do not offer any returns or refunds after you complete your order.
Exceptions may apply to a damaged parcel after the order is being and damaged by the courier company. You can see more about this in the FAQ section.

Lost and stolen parcels

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcel. 

We do not issue replacements/refunds on items that have been marked as "Delivered" by postal services or are unclaimed. If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. 

Parcels returned to sender

The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery and there is no refund possible.
